2K Games has released a new trailer for XCOM. The E3 trailer (below) features a load of alien black goo, guns and more than an inkling it’s on the Bioshock engine. It’s also the first trailer of the game (that we can remember) that has some gameplay footage. It looks like you have to go around investigating alien crime scenes before getting involved in fights with aliens. Maybe one day our extra-terrestrial universe-mates will get along with us in a game. Oh well. The game should be hitting the PC and 360 in 2011.
