Microsoft has confirmed that its traditional E3 press conference will take place on Monday 14th June at 10am PST (6pm BST) this year. The company will also be holding a Project Natal specific event the day before (Sunday 13th June). The Natal event is apparently going to be “technology-free”, with Microsoft telling publications to “please leave your technology at home, no photography or video allowed.”
Many people speculate that the company might be behind on Natal’s development and it could have latency issues at launch so it looks like Microsoft wants to take more control from the news output of that event. Regardless, they are set to announce the device’s proper name and its launch line-up.
