Jimmy Fallon, on his Twitter, described that the design director for the Xbox 360-exclusive Gears of War title will be on his show next week to debut their next new title. Cliff Bleszinski, who worked on the first and second installments of Gears of War, has not spoken yet of when the final installment of the game will hit the 360. Also, it might not even be GoW3 that Bleszinski will announce.

The producer of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Gavin Purcell, said that Bleszinski’s appearance would include a chat with the host. They did not say what game they would be talking about, but said it is very exciting.

Earlier this month, Edge reported that Gears of War 3 wouldn’t be hitting until April 2011. Also, Epic VP Mark Rein told G4TV that they wouldn’t be releasing any games this year.

Maybe Bleszinski is talking about a game known as Bulletstorm, which is under production by Studio People Can Fly (which Epic owns), for EA Games. Maybe Bleszinski will be announcing that Epic is jumping on the MS Natal or PlayStation Move bandwagon…

We’re just going to have to wait ‘til next Thursday night to find out what’s up.
