Microsoft has dropped the news bomb this morning revealing new details for Halo Reach. There will be a total of 3 editions of Halo Reach hitting store shelves. A Standard edition, Limited edition and Legendary edition. Don’t forget those of you that bought Halo 3: ODST, the beta for Halo Reach will begin on May 3rd.


  • Halo Reach: Standard Edition ($59.99/£39.99)
  • Halo Reach: Limited Edition ($79.99/£59.99)
  • Halo Reach: Legendary Edition ($149.99/£99.99)


Check for more info below on what will be inside both the Limited Edition and Legendary Edition of the game. Amazon.com seems to be pointing to a September 1st release date for the but of course that is rumor and speculation at this point until the official word comes in.


Halo: Reach Limited Edition ($79.99)
– Game disc housed in recovered ONI “Black box”
– An exclusive Elite armour set for use in Multiplayer
– Artifact bag containing Dr. Halsey’s personal journal and other classified documents and effects that unravel long-held secrets from the Halo universe

Halo: Reach Legendary Edition ($149.99)
The completed Halo: Reach collection. In addition to the game disc, manual, and the complete contents of the Limited Edition, the Legendary Edition includes:
-Noble Team statue expertly crafted by the artisans at McFarlane Toys. Individually moulded, hand-painted and individiuslly numbered, this statue is a must-have for any serious Halo fan,
– UNSC-themed custom packaging,
– An exclusive Multiplayer Spartan armour effect.
