Microsoft has announced that they have shipped 10.3 million Xbox 360s during fiscal year 2010. That’s actually down on last year, when the company shipped 11.2 million 360s during fiscal year 2009. The total number of shipped Xbox 360s now stands at a whopping 41.7 million. Microsoft’s Entertainment and Devices Division generated over $8 billion in FY2010, nearly the same as last year. In terms of profits, the company saw a year on year improvement. It went from $108 million to $679 million. However, money made from 360 and PC games decreased in 2010 by $12 million in revenue. On top of all that, Xbox Live is still making a lot of money. Annual Xbox Live digital marketplace revenue exceeded subscription revenue.
