Naughty Dog has announced that they will be releasing a custom playlist for Uncharted 2’s multiplayer mode next weekend. The playlist is going to be used to mix things up and try some additions to other playlists before they go fully live. It’s called “The Lab”, and will run every other weekend for the foreseeable future.

It’ll feature custom-tuned gametype variations, according to Naughty Dog and this weekend’s playlist will be two vs. two team deathmatch. Players will have 15 minutes to reach 25 kills, 11th-14th June will be shotguns-only (Moss-12 and Pistol only with no grenades). 25th-28th June will be “Sniper Extermination”, with two teams and dragon sniper rifles. Each player will get one life per round and the best of five rounds takes the match win.
