SNK has announced plans to release some updated NeoGeo classics on the PlayStation Network to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the console. The NeoGeo Station will be released on the PSN on 22nd December. The station will get a continuously growing library of NeoGeo titles for €8.99 per title for PS3 and €6.99 per title for PSP. It’s not currently known how much that is in real money.


There will be 10 PS3 and three PSP games available at launch. Fatal Fury, Metal Slug and The King of Fighters ’94 will all be released as PS3 and PSP titles. SNK will release the PSP versions of the remaining games and new titles in 2011. Expect some of the games to have versus and/or co-op with online play over PSN.
