EA has confirmed that Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online has now officially launched. The game runs on the Unity engine and can be played through a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. The game was developed at EA Tiburon, and only requires Unity to be installed in order to run. It offers a free to play experience that allows users to play on specifically free courses.


Also, there are monthly (£6.99) or yearly (£49.99) memberships that features benefits such as allowing players to go on any course they want for unlimited rounds and a points package. The game’s points-based transaction system allows gamers to purchase packages of points for in-game transactions like rounds of gold and on Pro Shop items.
