The upcoming release of Dues Ex: Human Revolution is around the corner. The developer had a conversation with Gamespy about some of the latest features they’ve added to the PC version of the game.

The game will support features like EyeFinity (3D), DirectX11 and 3D HD, touting the game as “the PC version really is the version you should play”. Julien Bouvrais, director of technology at Eidos Montreal explained “Obviously, while console versions of the game were part of the picture, PC was also a big focus. It was simply out of the question to do a straight port of the console version to PC, while being able to keep the essence of the adventure we experienced seven years before. With this in mind, we started exploring ways to best create the whole Deus Ex: Human Revolution project — console and PC.”

Dues Ex: Human Revolution releases on August 26 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
