Nintendo of America is currently holding its press conference at its Nintendo 3Ds event today in New York City. Revealed by Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime, the Nintendo 3DS will be on store shelves March 27th in the United States and come with a price point of $249.99. The system comes with two screens with the top screen showing the 3D visuals to the naked eye without the use of fancy glasses.
The 3D effect can be raised up to the highest level or scaled back to a more moderate setting. Also adding to the familiar control pad and buttons, the 3Ds now includes a circle pad providing full 360 degrees direction. More on this to follow.
