Activision has announced three new DLC packs for DJ Hero 2. The one out today is the Hard Edge Mix Pack, which includes Pixies’ “Debaser” mixed with The Prodigy’s “Invaders Must Die”, and Beastie Boys’ “Body Movin’” mixed with Lenny Kravitz’ “Rock And Roll Is Dead”. It will cost 480 Allards on the Xbox Live Marketplace and £4.79 on the PlayStation Network.
The next one in the pipeline is the Old Skool Mix Pack, coming out on 14th December. That one includes Fat Boys’ “Human Beat Box” mixed with Mantronix’ “King of the Beats”, Tag Team’s “Whoomp! (There It Is)” mixed with 45 King’s “The 900 Number”, and Beastie Boys’ “Triple Trouble” mixed with Tone-Lōc’s “Funky Cold Medina”. It will cost 640 Allards or £6.29.
The one after that is called the Linkin Park Mix Pack, which will be released on 21st December. Emos, hipsters and grungers will be able to mix up three songs whilst they mope about in their over/under-sized jeans. It will cost 640 Allards or £6.29. All of the songs in these bundles will be released as separate downloadable singles for the Wii at 300 Miyamotos each.
