Valve has today released a Steam Client update that introduces the SILK voice codec. That’s the same codec developed and used by Skype. With Ubisoft deciding to eliminate paper manuals in their recent releases including Assassins Creed Brotherhood, EA Sports has chosen to make the same decision and get rid of them too. Future releases, including Fight Night Champion, will include an in-game digital manual instead.
