Epic has officially lifted the lid on Infinity Blade, the first iPhone game to run on the Unreal Engine. EA has confirmed that Darkspore open beta sign-ups have begun. You can put your name down to test the game on its official website. Darkspore is the next game from the makers of Spore, but it’s very different from that evolution-sim and is more Diablo-esque. However, there are some Spore-isms in place like hero creature customisation. Darkspore will also support co-op for up to four people and competitive multiplayer.

The BBFC has officially slapped an 18 age rating on Call of Duty: Black Ops. That’s the same as Modern Warfare 2 and everything else in the Call of Duty franchise so we doubt it’ll affect sales much.
