Sony has confirmed that the SingStar Dance Party Pack will be exclusive to the US. The Party Pack includes two SingStar microphones, a USB SingStar converter and a copy of SingStar Dance. All that costs $39.99, which is the same price you pay for the standalone version of the game. The game includes new songs, PlayStation Move support and some dancing. It’ll be released in Europe in 5th November.

Timothy Langdell has lost his long-running legal battle with EA today. “Edge”, “cutting edge” and “gamer’s edge” have all been stripped from Mr. Langdell. However, he only has to pay his legal costs and doesn’t have to pay any damages. PSN user RAPHEAI has recreated Thatgamecompany’s Flower in the LittleBigPlanet 2 beta. Obviously it’s not quite as deep as the ingenious PSN title but it’s still a decent show of what the creation tools in LittleBigPlanet 2 can deliver. View:

Lovefilm has confirmed that their rental service is coming to the PlayStation 3. The app will go live this autumn and will allow people to stream films to their PS3s. Apparently, there will be free trials and the like to entice people to Lovefilm alongside content filtering like “Pick of the Week”, “Most Wanted” and “Highest Rated”.

Those living over the seas in Europe can expect to receive the upcoming downloadable  prologue Dead Space Ignition for free with a pre-order of Dead Space 2.
