Activision has revealed the new wireless guitars for Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock. The new controller is different in that all the essential parts are now contained within the neck, allowing for removable wings that can be replaced with different designs and shapes. Square Enix has announced Dungeon Siege III for the 360, PS3 and PC. The game is in development over at Obsidian Entertainment, with the original creators (Gas Powered Games) keeping an eye on things. Rare’s website has updated today to show a mysterious countdown. The countdown currently reads “6 days”, and directly under that is some text stating that “rare.co.uk will be returning soon”. There’s a place for people to sign up for email updates, a lone avatar and the phrase “one in a million”. SEGA has announced that they will be releasing Yakuza 4 in spring 2011on the PS3. The game allows you to play as four different characters, including main series protagonist Kiryu Kazuma. The different characters have their own backstories and expect to bump into all of them with the game’s interwoven plot. Microsoft has released the Summer Velocity Car Pack for Forza Motorsport 3 on the Xbox Live Marketplace, and its available now for 400 Allards. Activision has officially announced DJ Hero 2 for the 360, PS3 and Wii. Telltale has confirmed that they are making an episodic Jurassic Park game across multiple platforms in this month’s Game Informer. The company is classing the title as a “cinematic adventure”. The first episode is set to hit at the end of the year. Apart from that, no more information has been announced but keep your eyes open for it during E3.
